folklore: “holiday house” edition is an anniversary release concept of Taylor Swift’s 2020 quarantine project folklore showcasing cover art and packaging design pulled from the story told from the track, “the last great american dynasty.”
Project’s Purpose
The concept, folklore: “holiday house” edition was created as an exercise in conceptual storytelling, cover art, creative writing, and packaging design for both physical and digital media. The project reimagines the original 2020 album as a collector’s edition through vinyl packaging, printed inserts, and digital promotion.
The goal was to create a cohesive visual identity that expands on the album’s vibrant world while showcasing skills in art direction, design, and storytelling.
